- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud promovida por la senora Purificacion Cruz Leguizamon con relacion al cumplimiento de la sentencia T-631 de 2009.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General oficiese al Juzgado Veintidos Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, en su condicion de juez de tutela, y remitasele copia de la solicitud que se resuelve, de esta providencia y de la Sentencia T-631 de 2009 dictada por la Corte Constitucional como cabeza de la Jurisdiccion Constitucional, para lo de su cargo y en cumplimiento de las previsiones del articulo 27 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR a la senora Purificacion Cruz Leguizamon de la decision adoptada en este auto.
